Customer Orders

If you wish to order anything that we have in stock in the shop, anything that isn't featured on the website, or anything that isn't classed as a children's book, please email (enquiries@nickelbooks.co.uk), fill in the contact form, or telephone the orderline (05603 125245) and we can order it for you.

We are able to post orders out (free postage) anywhere in the UK, or you can collect it from the store.
If the item you wish to order is something we would normally stock, then we do not have to take payment in advance for in-store collection. We will always take payment in advance for Adults' Books (including Teachers' Resources) and anything that you want posted to you. We can take payment by debit or credit card (not AMEX) over the phone (05603 125245) or by PayPal on the website. If the item you want isn't listed on the website and you wish to pay by PayPal, we will create a listing for you. We will always do this within 24 hours of you requesting it.
